The following food trucks will be available in the bus parking lot:

• Levy’s Jerk Stand
• Arepa Culture

Please note that we have multiple team members on multiple teams attending the tournament who have tree nut and peanut allergies.  For their safety, please do not bring any tree nuts or peanuts to the tournament.

Teams placing 1st and 2nd in the NCOM State tournament in their Problem and Division, along with any winners of the Ranatra Fusca Creativity Award, will be invited to attend the World Finals competition, and will compete there along with teams from all over the world!

World Finals Information

Teams placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the regional tournament, and winners of the Ranatra Fusca Creativity Award, will be invited to attend the NCOM State Tournament, and will compete there along with teams from all across North Carolina

Date and Times:
Saturday, March 22
Competition: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Awards Ceremony: 5:00 PM
World Finals Coaches Meeting: 6:00 PM

Registration fee: $50 per team

Discounted rates will be available for nearby hotels – check back here for details soon!

Note: Teams advancing to the State Tournament will need to provide a volunteer to work a 2 hour shift at the tournament, but will not be required to provide a judge.

We encourage all team members to attend the Spontaneous Fair as all team members will be able to participate in Spontaneous competitions this year!

Primary teams may not understand or have the skills necessary to be successful in solving these problems. Instead of attending this event, a less intense method of exposing Primary teams to spontaneous problem solving is encouraged.
